You’ll start with a 15-20 minute consultation with one of our acupuncturists to discuss your skin concerns, areas you want to target, and overall goals for treatment.

After the needles are in place, you will be given time to rest, usually 20 to 45 minutes. During this time, many people experience a floating or heavy sensation but typically feel comfortable and relaxed, and sometimes fall asleep.
